Terms of Service

The terms for using Burning Bridges AI Generator: accounts, credits, acceptable use, your content and copyright complaints.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Burning Bridges AI Generator ("we", "us") for the use of burningbridgesaigenerator.net (the "service"). By using the service you accept them and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

Turn one photo into the viral Burning Bridges AI party video — the chandelier room, the silver cup and the hand-over-the-eyes look. We may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your account

You sign in with a FloatPass account, which FloatPass's own terms govern. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.

Credits and payments

Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by FloatPass, and the credits you buy are FloatPass platform credits. Credits are used up as you use the service. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are refunded only as the Refund Policy says.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of people who have not agreed to it
  • upload photos of anyone under 18
  • create sexual or nude content of real people, or anything that sexualizes minors
  • impersonate or deceive: present generated media of a real person as genuine to mislead others, commit fraud, harass, defame or spread disinformation
  • make or share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
  • break the law, or bypass limits, payments or security; scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service; or create accounts to abuse free credits

We may refuse a request, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of the credits used.

Your content

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit them, and to share them with our providers, only to run the service for you, until you delete them. You promise that you have all the rights and permissions needed for what you upload, including the consent of the people shown.

Generated results

As far as we are concerned, the results generated for you are yours to use, subject to these terms and the rights of others. Results are made by AI models: they can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to results made for other people, and some places do not grant copyright to AI-generated material. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it, and label it as AI-generated where the law or the platform you post on requires it.

Our service

The site, its software, design, text and the Burning Bridges AI Generator name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not give you any other rights to it.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Send a notice to contact@burningbridgesaigenerator.net with the subject "Copyright notice", including:

  • your physical or electronic signature, and your name, address, phone number and email
  • the copyrighted work you say is infringed
  • the material you say infringes it, with its address on our site, precisely enough for us to find it
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

We remove or disable the material and tell the person who uploaded it. If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature and contact details, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your address (or New York if you are outside the United States). We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or to protect the service or other people. The sections on your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive the end of your use.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from what you upload, from your use of results, or from your breach of these terms or of anyone’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them or the service will be decided exclusively by the state and federal courts in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes and general terms

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
