Who we are

Burning Bridges AI Generator ("we", "us") is the online service at burningbridgesaigenerator.net: turn one photo into the viral Burning Bridges AI party video — the chandelier room, the silver cup and the hand-over-the-eyes look. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. Questions go to contact@burningbridgesaigenerator.net.

Information we collect

Account. You sign in with FloatPass, a third-party account and payment service. FloatPass shares a pseudonymous account ID with us, and your name, email and picture are shown to you in your browser; our servers keep the account ID, not your email or password.

What you submit. The photos you upload, the text and options you enter, and the results we generate for you. Photos of people may show their faces, which can count as biometric or sensitive data in some places; we use them only to make the result you ask for and do not build face templates or identify anyone.

Purchases. What you bought, when, the amount and its status. Payment details such as card numbers are entered on FloatPass's pages and never reach us.

Usage. How you found and use the site: after your first interaction with a page (a scroll, click, key press or touch) we record the referring website, the landing page, campaign tags and ad click IDs in links, your country and your device type and browser family, under a random ID in a first-party cookie. This record holds no IP address. We also record the pages you open and the steps you take on them, such as viewing prices or starting a checkout, with a random ID in a first-party cookie, your IP address, country, browser and device, and your account when you are signed in, to see where visitors leave the site; the IP address is kept only in encrypted form. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also measure visits, as described under Cookies and analytics.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting receives your IP address and browser details with each request, to deliver pages and protect the service, and keeps short-lived technical logs.

Messages. When you write to contact@burningbridgesaigenerator.net we keep your message, your email address and our replies.

How we use it

to provide the service: make the results you ask for and keep them for you, keep you signed in, and handle purchases, credits and refunds (performance of our contract with you)
to answer your messages and send you messages about your account, purchases or requests (contract, legitimate interests)
to understand which pages and channels work and to improve the site (legitimate interests; consent where the law requires it)
to prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents and to enforce our terms (legitimate interests)
to keep records the law requires, such as purchase records (legal obligation)

We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use what you submit to train AI models.

We share information only with the service providers that run the site for us, each for its own part:

Cloudflare: hosting, file storage, security and the delivery of email sent to our address (privacy policy)
Amazon Web Services: our backend services in the United States, which run generation tasks and keep payment and email records and the page and step records
FloatPass: accounts, sign-in, checkout, payments and credits; FloatPass's own terms and privacy policy, shown on its pages, apply to what you give it there
AI model providers, including MiniMax: they process your inputs through our AI gateway to produce your results
Google Analytics: visit statistics (privacy policy)
Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and recordings of how pages are used (privacy statement)
an email delivery provider, for the messages we send you

The people who run the service can see accounts, purchases, what you submit and the results, to operate and support it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or to a successor if the service is transferred.

Links to your files

The photos you upload and the results we make are stored at long, unguessable web addresses so that your browser and our providers can load them. They are not listed or indexed anywhere, but anyone who has a link can open it, so share links with care.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, what you submit and your results until you ask us to delete them, so you can come back to them. Write to contact@burningbridgesaigenerator.net from your email address and we will delete your files and results within 30 days. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and keep visit statistics only in aggregate or pseudonymous form. Analytics providers keep their data for the periods set in their services. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage for the following:

Sign-in (necessary): keeps you signed in on this site.
Language (necessary): remembers the language you chose.
sa_vid (first party, 1 year): the random ID of the visit record described above; it does not follow you on other websites and is not shared with advertisers.
atb_aid (first party, 400 days) and a session marker in browser storage that ends after 30 minutes without activity: the random IDs of the page and step records described above; they do not follow you on other websites and are not shared with advertisers.
Google Analytics (_ga cookies): counts visits and pages viewed; you can block it with Google's opt-out add-on.
Microsoft Clarity (_clck and _clsk cookies): records clicks, scrolls and mouse movement on our pages as heatmaps and session replays; it is not used for advertising.
Browser storage: keeps an unfinished draft or a pending order on your device for a short time, so a reload does not lose it; it holds no passwords or payment details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones may stop sign-in or checkout from working; blocking the others does not affect the service.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to contact@burningbridgesaigenerator.net. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Under the GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US states. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to delete and correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of; an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf.

International transfers

We and our providers process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS, credentials stay in encrypted storage, and access to accounts and files is limited to the people who run the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
